Since its establishment in 1980, the company has been rapidly growing with extensive reach, offering a wide range of services to its clients. The policy of the law firm DEMETRIOU & DEMETRIOU L.L.C. is to provide high-quality legal services, ensuring complete satisfaction of its clients and everyone involved.

To achieve the above, the Management of the law firm DEMETRIOU & DEMETRIOU L.L.C has adopted a Quality Management System with the scope of "Provision of legal services" in accordance with the provisions of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. The ambition and commitment of the company are the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System it applies, focusing on:

  • Reviewing and continuously improving its services;
  • The effectiveness of its processes and, consequently, the Management System;
  • Identifying the external and internal parameters that determine the Framework of the organization's operations, which is updated and revised to address operational risks and take advantage of opportunities by taking necessary measures;
  • Allocating resources to ensure the appropriate infrastructure and smooth, efficient, and effective operation of each department of the company;
  • Fully satisfying the expectations and requirements of clients;
  • Continuous encouragement, training, development, and education of personnel to promote Quality in all their activities;
  • Continuously staying informed and making efforts to comply with applicable legislative provisions, directives, and standards;
  • Taking all necessary measures for communication with interested parties (competent authorities, personnel, and collaborators);
  • Compliance with EU and Cypriot legislation.


The achievement of the above is carried out by establishing objective targets and monitoring indicators that cover the entirety of the organization's processes. The assessment of these targets is carried out during the annual management reviews.


This policy is periodically reviewed and available to all interested parties and the personnel of the company.
